MY ANSWERS
- Both of my parents are preachers. So we grew up in church. Literally. Our parents were the pastors of the Gospel service in Vicenza, Italy, which was about an hour and a half away from our home in Aviano. So when we went to church, it was an ALL. DAY. THING. So Easter was spent on the road to church, in service, and then on the road home. Sometimes, people would invite us over for dinner, so we’d eat dinner with church members. Sometimes, we’d just wait until we got home to eat. I don’t really remember there being any special Easter meals though. When we were kids, we did get new dresses and new shoes though.
- I do not spring clean. I say I will. But I don’t. By the time the weekend rolls around, all I wanna do is veg on the sofa.
- We live in Louisiana. The weather changes hour by hour.
- Look at it. Need I say more?
- Neither. I have a hard time regulating my temperature, so it takes a lot for me to get hot. If the house gets stuffy, I will open the windows for a little while but not for an extended period of time.
- I don’t decorate for the holidays. Well, except for when I wrote this post.
- I haven’t worn a swimsuit in years. I do wear shorts. I rarely go sleeveless though. It’s more of a comfort level thing than a I don’t like my weight, size, shape thing.
- I don’t rotate my clothes. However, my clothes are organized by color, collar, and sleeve length. Everything is facing the same direction and all of my buttons are buttoned. I’m a little {insert weird music here} when it comes to my closet.
- My spring uniform consists of a cardigan, tunic, pants, and sandals. I like bright colors and funky prints. You can read all my style posts here or simply look at the outfits here.
- As much as I complain about the cold and promise to do more when the weather warms up, I usually end up staying in the house watching TV. Did you notice a theme? I’m lazy and I break a lot of promises.
