Agreed. I too believe that a Twitter follower should focus upon a certain level of engagement.

Hey Lisa, some libraries still aren’t on Twitter but I’m hoping that they’ll see how useful it can to themselves and to their patrons ~ promotion, promotion, promotion!

Gah! I’m SO bummed – neither my library nor my library system is on Twitter! I was all ready to follow them and leave a few nice tweets too. Hopefully they’ll join soon!
