Hmmmm...on the Droid it's simply called a "Barcode Scanner." I heart it big time. If you go into your Dashboard under Appearance and then Widgets, you should see something that says "Mobile Barcode" that's it. Are you using Wordpress? Are you hosted or do you use the free version? I did download the WP Touch. I need to enable my phone so I can see how it looks, I switched it from the mobile view and never went back ~ silly me.
