I need to get better when it comes to dealing with the "challenging" students. I want to help them to understand the opportunities that are open to them without being overly preachy or turning into *that* librarian/instructor. I feel similarly about my students, who are older, non-traditional students. The wonderful thing is seeing the ones who really *are* taking advantage of the educational experience and expanding and growing before my eyes. And then there are the ones who challenge me :) I'm always, always learning and questioning what I think I know. I love this, Dani.
