		<description>Thank you, Martha, I tend to favor the older nontraditional students because I understand the challenges that they have to face in order to make it to class and do the work. I need to get better when it comes to dealing with the &quot;challenging&quot; students.  I want to help them to understand the opportunities that are open to them without being overly preachy or turning into *that* librarian/instructor.</description>

The wonderful thing is seeing the ones who really *are* taking advantage of the educational experience and expanding and growing before my eyes. And then there are the ones who challenge me :) I&#039;m always, always learning and questioning what I think I know.</description>
