Rock the Red Pump: 500 in 50
The Rock the Red Pump 500 in 50 Campaign has begun and I’m so excited! Why? Because this is an opportunity for you, my sisters and brothers in blogging/vlogging, to become part of a global community of bloggers who are raising awareness about HIV/AIDs.
Every year, the United States has recognizes 10 March as National Women and Girls HIV/AIDs Awareness Day. This is a nationwide initiative to raise awareness about the impact that HIV/AIDs is having on the lives of women and girls all across the U.S.
In observance of the day, the Red Pump Project is asking bloggers and vloggers to join in the third annual Rock the Red Pump 500 in 50 Campaign. The goal is to get 500 bloggers to “Rock the Red Pump” on their blog’s sidebar in 50 days.
This will be my second year participating in the Rock the Red Pump 500 in 50 Campaign and let me tell you, there’s nothing like looking fierce while wearing a pair of red shoes and knowing you’re doing something good at the same time. To see my shoes from last year, check out my Facebook page.
If you’d like to join, you can sign up here.
Now I’m off to find another pair of red pumps….
