Thursday’s work outfit was about as casual as I go for work, even when we’re doing things like moving furniture, shifting books, etc…

On Friday, I hung out with my daughters and did a little bit of shopping.  We were trying to find an outfit for Miss 14 to wear to her National Honor Society induction ceremony.  All four kids are members now.  Yep, I gave birth to a bunch of brainiacs and I couldn’t be prouder.  When my kids were little I used to tell them that they were handpicked by God just for me.  And every day that I get to laugh with them and enjoy their company only confirms my belief.  I love the boy too but, you know, ummmm, well, he puts my head in his arm pits so…

Did you notice I’m wearing a belt? Yeah, that’s a new look for me. I’m still not sure if that’s a look I can pull off on a regular basis but it was really nice stepping out of my comfort zone.
