Living Outside the Stacks

There is no story to go with these wedges.  I saw them, I wanted them, I don’t wear them.  That is all.  Well, no, that’s not all.  I don’t wear them because they cut off the circulation in my legs because I tie the straps so tight.  I tie them tight because if I don’t, they wiggle their way lose, slide down my ankles and cause my shoes to make that clickety~clack~slish~slish sound that shoes make when they’re half on and half off the foot.  So they sit, in my closet only to be pulled out for random photo ops.
