Thank you, Mary Ellen. Too funny that we both grew up like that. But, yeah, I’m totally loving tights now but I still refuse to wear pantyhose (although if I saw a pair of seamed ones I might change my mind).

I know you can’t tell from the pictures but in a previous life I used to do a bit of modeling. Actually that was 16 years and 35~40 lbs ago.

LOL Thanks. She’s actually my stepdaughter but I’ve had her since she was 8 and her children (all 2.5 of ‘em) call me Lela (for Grandma).

Oh my goodness! I also grew up in a church where women and girls had to wear dresses or skirts – no pants. Not even dress pants or pant suits. Certainly no jeans! And I also swore I wouldn’t wear tights when I got older LOL! But tights today look so different than what I remember growing up.
