Oh my word, y’all, I know everyone has been complaining about the weather but, seriously, can we at least go for consistency? One day it’s pushing 70º and the next we’re at ~5º with ice. I need it be warm or cold, not both.
Other than that, the week has been relatively uneventful. But I’m grateful for each and every day.
Here’s my week in review, courtesy of Instagram:
This was my entry into the Instagram Photo Challenge hosted by Mashable earlier this week. The prompt was #MyFuel. We all know coffee fuels me.
It was picture day at the library. Pictures should never be taken during winter or summer, when it’s rainy or windy. In fact, staff photos should be done during optimal situations with photoshopping a requirement.
My unintentional Mardi Gras inspired manicure.
Saturday brought a new month and breakfast with the hubs at our favorite spot, Hickory House.
I found kitchen curtains at Annie Laurie’s Antiques for $3! And they’re handmade.
Squeekerz was hunkered down while the rest of us prepared for the pending ice/sleet/whatevertheheckelse storm.
My contribution to the Instagram challenge hosted by I Heart Faces for the month of March. If you’re joining in, use: #iHeartFaces The prompt was: look down. Have I mentioned coffee fuels me?
I woke up to lightening, thunder, and sleet. Seriously, Winter, this must end. Also this does look a bit stalkerish, you know, pictures through the blinds and all…
What was the highlight of your week?
I’m linking up with:
- 2014 Daily Selfie ~ Instagram: I’m doing this with a few of my Instagram friends. “Selfie” is open to interpretation, as long as there is part of your body in the photo, it counts. Use the hashtag #2014dailyselfie.
- Life Rearranged ~ Instafriday: Share the stories behind the filtered pictures. Link up on Fridays.
