I’d like to welcome you to Coffee Talk. In case you’re new here, this is where I share some of the great and not~so~great stuff that I find on the web. Topics range from news stories that leave me scratchin’ my head to DIYs that I think are absolutely clever. And, who knows, there may even be a recipe thrown in here or there just for fun.

- You guys, The Walking Dead had me feeling every feel that I could possibly feel in 60 minutes. I laughed. I cried. I covered my eyes. I held my breath. I exhaled deeply. I gave The Hubs the side eye when he looked at me and said “You know this isn’t real, right?”
- So Donald Trump and the Pope are fighting. And I’m angry because now I have to defend Donald. Any religious organization that defends child molesters does not have the right to question anyone else’s Christianity.
- Google Donald Trump Hillary Clinton mashup. You’ll either thank me for the laughs or yell at me because you can’t sleep.
- President Obama has the right to pick the next Supreme Court Justice. It doesn’t matter that this is his last year in office. And we all know that if the roles were reversed the GOP wouldn’t be waiting.
- I’m on the hunt for a vintage card catalog for my house. I’m not sure where I’d put it but I need one. I’m totally digging on these ideas. The Hubs and I saw one a few weeks ago at an antique store a few miles away from here. And just so you understand how badly I want one: we were driving and I spotted it out of the corner of my eye as part of a display. I had The Hubs do a quick U~Turn so we could check it out. It was sold. sad panda
