Breakfast ~ Cup of coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams
Lunch ~ Broccoli, rice and chicken bake, Glass of ice water
Dinner ~ Burger and gravy fries, Glass of half ginger ale and half cranberry juice and Serving of rice pudding
In the middle of the night I got an incredible case of the munchies and ended up eating a small serving of broccoli, rice and chicken bake and drinking a large glass of iced water.
Ruined my diet but that doesn’t mean this is a fail. It just means that tomorrow is another opportunity to do better!

This is the first time I’ve exercised in a really long time, so I did the easy work out. I definitely have to ease into this because I was huffing and puffing by the time the work out was finished. I am not a fan of the running portion of the work out but I love the boxing (misplaced aggression, anyone?). And I figured out how to do tricks during the inline skating part so that made the work out fun for me.
