Day 10: New Year, New Me

Today was a day of rest. I think I earned it, don’t you? That doesn’t mean that I totally slacked off though, I did a modified work out ~ 10 minutes on the Weider Stepper. I did it less for the exercise and more for the *umph* to keep motivated. Like I’ve stated before, I’m one of those people who really has to keep up with something or else I’ll quit (especially when it comes to exercise).

I will, however, be back to my usual hardcore, highly motivated self on tomorrow.
