Day 6: New Year, New Me ~ Weigh in Wednesday

Today is Weigh In Wednesday at Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans so I’m doing things a tad bit differently today. After jumping on the scale, I’m happy to report that I have not gained any weight since my last “unofficial” weigh in. The scale hasn’t really budged downward either. I’m not too upset though, as long as the scale isn’t going upward I’m happy. However, I do expect by next Wednesday’s weigh in for that number to go down at least 3 lbs.

I think I also need to up the intensity on the Wii but I’m not totally ready for that yet. This is my first week of exercising and my first time doing the 30 Day Challenge, so I want to take things slow. Once I finish my first 30 challenge, I’ll do it again but on the medium intensity level. Don’t want to hurt anything. Nor do I want to stop because I’ve over stressed my body. And we all know, all it takes is one day with one excuse and you’re falling off the wagon.

Today was supposed to be a rest day according to the Wii but….read the above statement… So I did one of the Preset Workouts ~ Upper Body Sculpt and Tone because my calves are screaming. I loooooooved working out my upper body! Omg, the boxing! I was throwing those punches like a pro! I’m also wearing my pedometer, like I keep telling the ladies on Mamavation, every step counts!
