Day 9: New Year, New Me

Food Journal
Breakfast ~ 2 Scrambled egg whites, 1 slice of wheat bread, cup of orange juice and 2 cups of coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams each
Lunch ~ Chicken salad on cracked wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, 2 cups of coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams each
Dinner ~ Peanut Butter on wheat with bottle of water

Wii Active: 30 Day Challenge
Today was supposed to be a rest day according to the Wii but I would really rather have my rest day tomorrow. Truth: my daughter had a sleepover last night with eight 13-year-old girls who stayed up until 4:30 this morning, so I ended up sleeping most of the day way and had to wash away the guilt by doing something productive, so I threw on my sneakers and loaded up the Wii.

The work out focused on the lower body; it wasn’t as intense as some of the other exercises but I still feel pretty good. And, again, at least I’m moving. Volleyball was introduced to the routine today. How many different ways can I say that I was awful at this? LOL

I earned another trophy today. I burned 1000 calories! Oh, yeah, I am the woman! So here are today’s stats:
