Hi, everyone! How’re things in your neck of the woods? Things are going really well here. The temps have cooled off a bit since last week so things are quite pleasant. I’m a sweater weather kinda girl, ya know? Do you have a weather preference?

Yesterday, I discovered the sweetest little antique shop down by the Mississippi Riverfront. It’s called Brick Street Gallery Antiques. I had so much fun just wandering around, touching and reminiscing… Imagining how I would repurpose various items like this door…

Door

Can you imagine having that in your home? Gorgeous, isn’t it?

Anyway, I know that’s not what you came here for…

I’ve had that t~shirt for a couple of years now and I very rarely wear it because it’s a little more fitted than what I’m used to wearing. It’s also a tissue weight tee, so I layered it with a salmon colored cami. The thongs are a pair I bought last summer and wear on a regular basis. So. Comfy.

What I Wore Tuesday

I bought this lace dress a few years ago but it’s one of those things that’s just too short for me, so I wear it with jeans. I’m never really sure what else to pair it with but it was one of those things that was on sale and I had to have it. At the time, I really did think I’d wear it with a pair of nice heels but who was I kidding?

Just something comfy and kinda funky that I wore while running errands. I adore peasant shirts, don’t you? Really, they hide just about everything while remaining stylish. The shoes are a pair of Target finds that I absolutely love {I bought them in two colors}. The jeggings were on sale for $5. Couldn’t beat that with a stick, so I bought ’em.
