Cannot believe I’ve hit the 3 month mark. Cannot believe I’ve hit the 3 month mark and I’m in the same exact place that I was in 3 months ago. cue the violins and sad clowns I am not a happy camper. I’m seriously at a loss as to what to do.

I’ve started Shape Up SEMO at work, which is a fitness/wellness program/challenge that encourages us to get up and move for at least 30 minutes a day. A few of my coworkers and I have started walking about 20 to 30 minutes per day, which is nice. We enjoy getting out of the office and seeing the sun, it also makes the day go by a little quicker.

And I’m eating a lot healthier. It finally dawned on me that the fast food was making me sick. And when I say sick, I’m talking seriously nauseous, so I either eat a meal replacement bar or drink a shake. If I can’t get either of those, then I double up on the water. Probably not the healthiest thing but dealing with fast food induced nausea is not fun.

So, how about some numbers?

They’re not terribly bad in and of themselves, but for three months? I really thought I’d be in the lower 150s or higher 140s by now. I’m trying not to get discouraged but it really is quite difficult…
