I found this cute meme on Making Over Me and thought I’d participate. Normally, today would be a gym day for me but my kids disrupted my schedule ~ overslept and missed the bus, so I had to modify today’s plans. I briefly considered going for a run but then I remembered the snow/sleet/hail/slush/wth that we got yesterday afternoon and decided, instead, to take today as a rest day.
In the mean time, I am wearing my pedometer and my Therashoes, so even though today is not an “active” workout day, I’m still making sure I get in some fitness. I’m also keeping up with my water intake and watching what I eat.
