I’m sitting here watching Alley McBeal and remembering how much I loooooved this show. I mean serious die hard fan. I adored the quirky characters, the soundtrack, and, yes, the fashions. Do you remember how upset everyone was over the length of Ally’s skirts? It was on par with the outcry against Murphy Brown being a single mom on a prime time television show.
Anyway, I’ve been having a lot of discussions with friends and family about what is or isn’t considered business casual. For me, business casual means a top with a skirt or a pair slacks or a dress with a cardigan. I like a much more relaxed style of dress so wearing a jacket or blazer is right up there with formal wear. So, what do you think? How do you define business casual?
Wow, was that a leap or what? LOL

For reference, I’m 5’5″ and I wear an XL top and size 12 bottom. This top is an XL and the pants are a size 12.
