Wednesday Wrap~Up

Thanks to Mother Nature, I did not get to go for a run today and I am actually upset. Upset, I tell you! I was really looking forward to getting out there and doing my best Chariots of Fire impression. Ah, well… It won’t snow forever, right? Right. By the way, it’s still snowing.

I did pretty well with the water today, so I’m happy about that. I don’t think I followed Pete’s advice about the snacking though. I did eat 2 slices of wheat bread and a second handful of nuts. In an effort to curb the munchies, Pete suggests that we find something else to occupy our thoughts until the cravings pass, so here are my five suggestions:

1. Read a book
2. Talk to my girls on Twitter
3. Go for a run
4. Drink some water
5. Have sex, you know, take care of 2 birds with one stone (get rid of hunger and burn some calories)
