Weigh~In Wednesday

Last week I had medical issues that prevented me from working out regularly so I’m not expecting much in the way of weight loss.  Even though my vision hasn’t returned, I hope to get back on track this week because I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how I feel overall since my little break.

Bust ~ 37 3/4 in
Arm ~ 12 1/4 in
Waist ~ 31 1/2 in
Abdomen ~ 35 1/2 in
Hips ~ 41 1/2 in
Thigh ~ 23 in

Weight ~ 155.8 lbs
Hmmmm…. That’s only 0.4 lbs since last week but I’m ok with that. I will do better this week.
