Weigh~In Wednesday

I weighed in this morning and I am not going to get upset… I’m not going to sweat those 0.4 lbs that I gained. I’m pretty certain that it’s muscle rather than fat that I’ve gained. I’ve running and working out at the gym 3 times a week so I know that my exercise levels haven’t fallen off.

On the other hand I haven’t been as careful about what I’m eating though. Not that I’m going overboard. In fact, it’s the opposite. I haven’t been hungry for the past 2 days so I’ve had to force myself to eat something. I don’t know what that’s all about but I just feel incredibly full. I am continuing with the Fitness Cheerleader’s Healthy Challenge as well as the unofficial water challenge that sprung up on twitter a few weeks ago. Between the veggies and the water I think I’m just O.D.ing on food.
