What I Wore Wednesday #26

Yay, Wednesday means it’s time for another edition of What I Wore Wednesday. Can you hear the crowds cheering? I really do enjoy playing along but I have to admit there are days when I really only get dressed to take a picture and at the earliest opportunity I slip back into my sweats and tee. Please tell me I’m not the only one who does that. I enjoy the process of getting dressed and putting on makeup but midway through the day I just get. So. Uncomfortable.

Tunic/Dress ~ Burlington Coat Factory; Cardi & Flats ~ Target

Wednesday was all about running errands. The tunic that I’m wearing is actually a dress that I almost always wear with jeans or leggings. I could wear it as a dress but I think it’s a little out of my comfort zone. I think what drew me to the dress was the embroidery, it’s a little funky, don’tcha think?

What I Wore Thursday

Faux Fur Vest ~ Old Navy; Tunic ~ Burlington Coat Factory

I’m so totally digging faux fur right now that it’s not even funny. I love the way it feels and the retro vibe fits my style personality to a tee. Do you own any faux fur?

What I Wore Saturday

What I Wore Saturday
Cardi ~ Target; Skirt ~ Given to Me

Today I mostly hung out with the hubs and ran errands. I also got my hair pinked for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. You can read about the women in my life who’ve battled the disease here.

What I Wore Sunday

What I Wore Sunday
Dress ~ Earthbound Trading Company

I wore this to church on Sunday. I loved this dress when I first saw it, now I’m rethinking it. I think it may be a bit too tent~like, maybe I need to take it in a bit. This was also the first time I’ve done the whole tights with sandals thing. I like the blue against the black, but I think the look works better with closed toe shoes.

real momma. real style.

Have you ever bought something, thought it looked fab at the store, got it home and thought meh? What did you do?
