I’ve never been a big Halloween fan. My parents didn’t let us celebrate for religious reasons, but I did let my kids celebrate. And since I was usually the one who took them out, I’d sometimes dress up or put on some sort of holiday appropriate tee.
This year, our campus decided not to do Halloween costumes but something a little more inclusive: we asked every department to wear a program appropriate tee. I’m a librarian, so….
One of the things few people know about me is that I loooooove graphic tees. When I’m not dressed up, I wear kitschy tees with jeans or sweats. In fact, I have two drawers full of library related tees that I’m slowly trying to integrate into my daily work wardrobe {I’m starting with Fridays}.
Another little known Daenel fact: I am a corduroy flare fan and I am going to bring them back. I also love velvet, but one fabric at a time…
