So, here’s the deal… I’m not a sports person. At all. I used to watch basketball all the time, but then Scottie Pippen retired and so did I. Yes, I’m serious. It has really been that long since I’ve watched a game. I mean, I’m aware of some of the players, but I don’t follow along like I used to do. Still, my outfit is pretty much something I would wear to a game.

THE THEME
This month’s theme, “Summer Brights,” was selected by Jamie. While it’s not officially summer yet, it certainly feels like it here in Louisiana. There are days when I feel like everything is about to melt off me. And that’s saying a lot because it usually takes a lot for me to get hot.
MY OUTFIT
So, here’s the deal… I’m not a sports person. At all. I used to watch basketball all the time, but then Scottie Pippen retired and so did I. Yes, I’m serious. It has really been that long since I’ve watched a game. I mean, I’m aware of some of the players, but I don’t follow along like I used to do. Still, my outfit is pretty much something I would wear to a game.
The top is loose and colorful, and provides nice coverage if I get a little chill {which I would, because I always do}. The jewelry is funky and playful and totally appropriate for any pre or post-game parties. And the jeans are super comfortable.
And, in case you’re wondering, yes, I would most certainly have a cup of coffee with me…
