Now on to our regularly scheduled programming…
It’s day 12 and I am still at it. I cannot express how incredibly happy I am with myself right now. My level of endurance has increased to the point where I’m working out for 50 minutes a day instead of my usual 15 or 30. I’ve also increased the level of intensity of my workout from the easy setting to the medium setting. It’s just a matter of time before I reach my goal…which I have never announced, so here it is:
Weight goal: 135 lbs
Breakfast ~ Bowl of Raisin Bran with 2% milk and a cup of coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams
Lunch ~ Bowl of bean soup with glass of water
Snack ~ Rice cake with crunchy peanut butter
Dinner ~ 2 Pulled Pork sandwiches on wheat bread with 2 glasses of water
I definitely need to increase my water intake. I seriously have no idea what happened to the vegetables but I need to start eating some.
