Snack ~ 2 No bake chocolate and oatmeal cookies
Lunch ~ Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread with 2 glasses of iced water
Dinner ~ Pork chop and a serving of sweet potato casserole (leftovers from last night)
Yesterday I figured that if I added breakfast to my routine perhaps I’ll be less likely to indulge later in the evening, so I’ll see how that works for me.
Wii Active Journal: 30 Day Challenge
According to the Wii, today is rest day so no working out with my “personal trainer.” My biggest fear is that if I don’t do something I’ll think of an excuse for not working out tomorrow. So I bought a Weider Stepper and I’ll be using that on rest days. I can only use this thing in 5 minute increments because it kills the upper thighs and calves, but my plan is to do 15 minutes on rest days with the ultimate goal of reaching 30 minutes.
