My eating habits today were awful. I didn’t drink any water at all. Actually, the only fluids I’ve had today are those 2 cups of coffee ~ not cool. I’ll definitely have to do better tomorrow.

Today’s work out included those infernal Jump Lunges. Who in the world thought of those things? Omg, they are killer! My thighs are still burning and I did my work out at 6:30 this morning. I also did some boxing, which I loooove!

Today was such a step backwards for me. I was overwhelmed with so many different things but the biggest was the realization that I begin teaching on Thursday and I’m so not ready. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the classroom so I spent all day preparing for classes. I’m not going to let this get me down though. It’s just a temporary set back. Tomorrow is another day.
On a positive note, I am happy to announce that I am now an official member of the Mamavation Sistahood. The Sistas are a group of women who support each other in their efforts to lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. We cheer each other on via Twitter, blog posts, emails, etc. Losing weight and changing your lifestyle is not an easy thing to do, so it’s important to have friends who are willing and able to pick you up when you’re feeling down and cheer with you when you’re celebrating. I am proud to be a member of this group and I look forward to sharing this journey with them.
