Losing Weight and Getting Healthy #10 {#Cinchspiration}

I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to Team Cinchspiration for not participating in the campaign as much as I should have. We’ve been without internet for awhile due to our move but now that I have full time access again I’m back.

Weigh In

Starting Weight: 161.8 lbs

Measurements

Bust: 38 in (38 and 3/4 in)

Waist: 35.5 in (36 and 3/4 in)

Hips: 42 in (42 and 3/4 in)

With the move, I haven’t been eating as I should… Fast food, vending machine items, sodas, etc. Not good at all. The worst part isn’t the fact that I’ve gained weight, the worst part is how awful I feel.  It’s funny how quickly the body adapts to eating clean healthy meals and how quickly it all falls apart when you go back to your bad habits.

Starting next week, my coworkers and I will be participating in Shape Up Southeast, a competition to get people moving and losing weight. I’m so very excited about this. Right now, the ladies and I walk about a mile a day but I plan to add more mileage and incorporate some sort of workout into my day. We’re settled in our home so I can start doing Zumba again. This makes me incredibly happy.
