You know what, I’m so not gonna waste time here ~ I’m down 1.8 lbs from last week! squee That may not seem like a lot but like I always tell the other sistahs ~ celebrate every victory. I firmly believe that downloading the My Fitness Pal (MFP) app to my Droid has helped me out a lot. According to MFP my target calorie goal is 1200 calories today so I’m very aware of what I eat because I’ve already gone over that goal twice and it’s pretty disappointing. Not that there’s a little Droid voice screaming “LOSER!” but I see it and I know it. My phone is now holding me accountable. LOL
I’m carrying over my healthy commitments from last week because they seem to be working for me:
- Drink water
- Give up the junk food
- Go to the gym
- Focus on my emotional, mental and physical health
- Actively participate with the Mamavation sistahs
