Shoe Shopping at Modcloth

If you purchase any items using the links, I will receive a small commission. I thank you in advance for your support of my habit hobby.

I’m always asked about my shoes so I decided to highlight a few pairs that I have in my closet and show you where you can get your own pair. If you click the picture or the link underneath, it’ll take you the Modcloth website where you can buy your own shoes and, maybe, a matching outfit.

Ballet Flats

You guys know I love my lace~up ballet flats. They’re hands down my favorite pair of dressy shoes for work. They’re comfortable and are also versatile enough to be worn with skirts or pants. You can see how I style mine here. These are $18.99, a little bit less than what I paid for mine, but look at the decorative perforations ~ so much cuter!

Booties

Make Your Pleasance Known Block Heel

I love a cute bootie. They can be worn with dresses, jeans, and slacks. I like the support that booties provide for my ankles and the coverage they provide for working in cold environments like the library {I usually go for open~toed versions because you can wear them bare legged in the summer and with tights or socks in the winter}. The block heel makes for sturdy shoe with little to no wobbling {you know what I mean}. This cutie sells for $59.99, good price, no?

Oxfords

I often wear a similar pair of oxfords with my shorter dresses. I think it gives them a fun and preppy look. You can see how I’ve paired them with a striped top and floral skirt by clicking here and how they tone down a pair of rugged boyfriend jeans here. Honestly, these oxfords are probably one of the most versatile pair of shoes I own. And at $39.99. they’re well worth the price.

Wedges

I used to wear heels all the time. Then one day I woke up and my feet were like “Nope. Not ever again.” So I mostly stuck to flats and chunky heels until I discovered the wedge. Oh. My. Word. Wedges are incredibly comfortable, stylish, and, yes, sexy. They, like the other shoes I’ve highlighted, are incredibly versatile. Check out how I paired my red ones with my destroyed boyfriend jeans by clicking here.

Do you have a favorite? Let me know if you pick up a pair, I’d love to see what you got!
