Today was a relatively good day that left a lot of room for improvement. Does that make sense?

This morning before my run, I listened to Pete Cohen for a bit of motivation. His talk was right on time ~ the importance of water. He talked about how vital water is to flushing the system and improving digestion (I’ve also heard that it helps to keep the complexion clear) so it’s vital that we drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. And not in big gulps as I sometimes do, but in slow and steady sips. I didn’t get the full amount of water but I did take the time to sip so, hopefully, that counts for something.
