This is week 5 of Weigh In Wednesday for the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans! I cannot believe it’s been this long. Again, I’m pretty proud of myself for sticking it out. So let’s see how I’ve done this week:

Bust ~ 36 in
Arm ~ 12 3/4 in
Waist ~ 33 in
Abdomen ~ 37 in
Hips ~ 42 1/2 in
Thigh ~ 24 1/2 in
Weight 156.4 lbs
I’m down 1 lb from last week, an inch on the waist, half an inch on the abdomen and hips and an inch on the thigh. I’m feeling pretty good. But I still want more…
It’s funny to see that my measurements have gotten smaller because I was just complaining to my husband that I can’t see a difference in my body. I thought by now I’d see at least the outline of some tissue that is thinking about forming a muscle but I got nothing. I’m not going to quit but I am putting this out to my body ~ I had better see some changes and I mean soon!
Exercise
I actually didn’t do any formal exercises today because I woke up with a massive headache and then I had to run a few errands. I did wear my pedometer though, so here are the numbers:

I know I said I wanted to start training for a 5K but I cannot deal with the weather. I know I’m a wuss but it’s way too cold out there. I will do this but I have to wait until it’s a bit warmer. In the mean time, I’m open to suggestions for a really intense program that will kick my butt. In doors.
