Today is the final day of the Rethink Your Shrink Weigh~In Wednesday at Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans. *sniffle* We’ve come a long way, sisters… When I first started this journey, I was feeling all kinds of yucky ~ fat, bloated, undesirable, unhealthy, tired, etc. Now it’s six weeks later and I’m feeling curvy, sexay, healthy and full of energy (what a difference a little exercise, some healthy eating and an attitude adjustment can make)…. No, I’m not where I want to be size wise or on the scale but I’m feeling better and that’s a giant step.
So without further ado, here are my final numbers…
Starting weight ~ 166 lbs
Bust ~ 36 in
Arm ~ 12 in
Waist ~ 32 3/4 in
Abdomen ~ 37 1/2 in
Hips ~ 42 in
Thigh ~ 24 in
Ending weight ~ 157.8 lbs
Total lbs lost ~ 8.2
Of course, this isn’t the end for me, I still have 12.8 lbs more to lose but I’m well on my way.
