What I Wore Wednesday #25 and real momma. real style.

Remember last week when I said I was gonna dress like a grownup? Yeah, well it didn’t happen. My readers are smart. A couple of them suggested that I am, in fact, dressing like a grownup and that I have my own unique style that works for me. *fist bump* Thank you for checking me.

What I Wore Monday

What I Wore Monday
Cardi, Scarf, Headband ~ Target
Flower Brooch ~ Made by Me
Tunic ~ Forever 21
Jeans ~ Old Navy
Shoes ~ Clark’s Bendables, QVC

Growing up, we weren’t allowed to war pants to church. And jeans? My mom would’ve backhanded us. But this is what I wore to Wednesday evening services. I love the color combination, it made me feel happy and just a little bit quirky. Notice the crocheted flower brooch? I made it.

What I Wore Saturday

What I Wore Saturday
Scarf, Bangles, Boots, Socks ~ Target
Tunic ~ Old Navy
Denim Skirt ~ Gifted

I love love love boots and socks with a skirt. Maybe it comes from growing up in Italy and seeing women create their own unique style or maybe it’s just a fun look, I don’t know. I just know that I adore the look.

What I Wore Sunday

What I Wore Sunday
Tights ~ Target
Oxfords ~ Boscov’s
Boots ~ Payless

I also like tights. This is something I swore I’d never wear again once I became an adult.
Tights and stockings. Now I’m totally digging patterned and colored tights. This was the first time that I’ve ever worn them with oxfords and a skirt. Love it!

How do you define your style?

I’m linking up with Lindsay and Nina for their various fashion memes:
