Hmmmm… I guess I am doing some wrap~up posts for 2015. Well, go me!

Writing this post was a tad bit harder than I thought it’d be. It seems that I didn’t wear a lot of clothes in 2015 because I didn’t have a lot to choose from. Maybe it was the move to Georgia or something, I don’t know but I’m pretty sure that I didn’t run around nekkid. But, whatevs…

I picked the top posts by the number of comments on the post. At the end, I’ll share my favorite look of 2015. To see the original posts, click the bold title above the picture.

The Big Chop {23 comments}

The Big Chop {living outside the stacks}

I had a lot going on with this outfit: the short hair, the multi~colored skirt, the wedges. I love that skirt but I don’t wear it nearly enough. It has one of those weird elastic waistbands that makes my hips poke out in a most unfortunate manner. So, the only way for me to wear it comfortably is with an oversized shirt.

Florals and Stripes with a Fan Girl Moment {15 comments}

Florals and Stripes {living outside the stacks}

I’m not much of a shorts girl. But I couldn’t resist the subtle stripes and the longer length. I thought it paired nicely with my hippie blouse. And yay for Susan Graver {the designer of the blouse} for giving me a wave on Instagram.

Black Bat Wing Sweater Denim Maxi Skirt and Black Boots {living outside the stacks}

This is quintessential Daenel: long layers, drapey necklackes, and tons of arm candy. The dark lipstick and naturally curly hair just add to the whole easy seventies vibe, don’t you think?

Mori Kei? Bohemian? Still Working It Out {12 comments}

Neutral Top Scarf Jeans and Mary Janes {living outside the stacks}

This is one of those quirky outfits that you either like or don’t like. What made me fall in love with the top is the split the design in the back and the layers of lace along the hem. It’s just a fun top that you don’t see every day.

And my favorites {I had to pick two, y’all}:

Feeling Flirty Over Forty

Dress Over Jeans with Sseko Sandals {living outside the stacks}

This was, hands down, my favorite outfit of the entire year. I felt so confident and, dare I say, sexy. Something I haven’t felt in a long time. I think it was a combination of feeling the warmth of the sun on my shoulders and wearing a bold lipstick. And, I can’t lie, my short hair made me feel like a bit of a rebel.

Come to Momma

Black Polka Dot Sweater and Faux Leather Midi Skirt {living outside the stacks}

Which was your favorite look? What are you looking forward to most in 2016? And, really, what is up with Panteone picking pink and blue for the colors of the year? Not excited about that at all.
