Welcome to this month’s edition of Coffee and Pie Chat. We’ve made Peanut Butter Pie with a Chocolate Crust. I’ve always been a big peanut butter fan, however, I don’t often keep it around the house as The HUBS absolutely hates peanut butter. I’m not entirely sure why, but there seems to be some deep dark *something* that we need to explore some day.
