The past week and a half has been a blurrrrr…. During that time, I had the opportunity to photograph students at Manufacturing Career Camp 2026. Manufacturing Career Camp, hosted by Central Louisiana Technical Community College and Louisiana Central, provides 10th-12th grade students with the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the manufacturing plants in our community. During these tours, students talk to plant managers, HR specialists, technicians, etc. and learn about career opportunities, interview techniques, salary distribution, desirable soft and hard skills, and so much more.
