I think it’s time for me to admit that The Hubs is better at picking out clothes for me than I am. He’s responsible for this multi~colored cutie as well as this LBD {Long Black Dress}. I fought him on both counts and, well, I was wrong. As much as I resisted this dress ~ the cut, the colors, the fabric ~ I have to say, there are few times when I’ve felt as confident as I did with this dress on. I think it was a combination of The Hubs reaction and the fact that I didn’t feel like I had to suck in, so I was much more relaxed.
I opted not to wear a necklace with this dress because of the busy colors and the detailed back.
Nothing like being joined by Squeekerz during my picture taking. At least he faced the same way…
And, last but not least, let’s talk about those shoes. How fabulous are they? These pictures really don’t give them the justice they deserve. You can see a better picture here. I think this is the second time I’ve ever worn them. They’re a tad bit big but I just couldn’t leave them in the store, you know? Maybe I’ll try them with inserts or something.
