This is Squeekerz, a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix. He has owned us for about eleven years now. We love him dearly. We’re not quite sure how he feels about us. We think he likes us, but most of the time we think he just tolerates us because we provide food and shelter.
Squeekerz ran away from home about three years ago and it was the longest week of our lives. We put up posters, walked the neighborhood, checked local animal shelters, put his picture online… We searched everywhere for that dog. And nothing.
When he finally turned up, it was with a pregnant cat. Kid you not. You can read all about it here. One of the kittens now lives on our front porch and is, of course, a full grown cat now.
In the interest of full disclosure, I had to go to the archives for these pictures. We’ve spent the last week prepping our house to go on the market, so I didn’t get a chance to use my camera. However, these pictures were all taken in 2015, so that counts for something good, right?
