November Photo A Day {Instagram}

Time for another week in review, Instagram style. I’m so enjoying this Photo A Day Challenge, it’s fun to look back over the week and see all that’s happened. The prompts may seem random but it really requires a bit of creativity to capture memories…

Day 18: happened this weekend

The hubs made dinner for us: Hamburger Helper for himself and the kids and big ol’ hamburgers for me. This made me incredibly happy.

Day 19: something awesome

Can I get a “What? What?” The hubs made dinner two nights in a row! Pork steaks, rice and stuffing (he’s not much of a veggie man).

Day 20: work/play

Even with all of the tech toys at my disposal, I still write my to do list out by hand and then transfer the library related stuff to my online calendar. Redundant, I know but that’s part of my charm.

Day 21: what you wore

I’m totally digging colored tights, especially now that the weather’s getting colder. I also love that they don’t have to match, they just have to go with… Gosh, being a girl is so much fun.

Day 22: grateful

I’m grateful to God for my family who provides me with laughter and love all year long. We all gathered at my house for Thanksgiving this year, which was truly a blessing after being away from everyone for almost 15 years.

Day 23: black

My Nikon D3100. The best gift the hubs has ever given me. And that includes the children.

Day 24: a sound you heard

Squeekerz, our Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix, spent a lot of time barking this week. He’s not much for company. Or the people who actually live in the house. Unless we have Girl Scout Cookies. Or bread.

So that’s my week in review. Nothing super exciting, just a life that I thank God for every single day. How was your week?
