Oh my word, y’all, I know everyone has been complaining about the weather but, seriously, can we at least go for consistency? One day it’s pushing 70º and the next we’re at ~5º with ice. I need it be warm or cold, not both. Other than that, the week has been relatively uneventful. But I’m grateful for each and every day. Hi, y’all. I hope you had a great weekend. I did. I spent time with my family just relaxing… Goodness knows I needed it after last week. It was emotionally draining… The hubs and I spent Saturday our usual way: breakfast at a locally owned restaurant and then running errands. It’s the old married couple’s version of a date. Hi there! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty nice. I spent most of Saturday vegging on the sofa, got sucked in to watching the Hallmark Channel. It was a Janet Oke weekend. I’ve never read her books but, man, was I swept away by the romance, positive messages of putting God first, and loving your family. hand me the tissues Sunday was pretty nice as well.
