By the time you read this, we should be welcoming our 6th grandchild into the world. Yes! SIXTH! Y’all, I don’t feel like a grandma {they call me “YaYa”, actually, the older ones call me “YaYa”, the younger ones call me “That Lady Who Comes with PopPop Tony”}. It’s funny because my own kids used to call me “Lady.” You don’t wanna know how many times I had to prove those kids were mine. Or how many times I thought about just leaving them. Anyway, I digress…
I don’t feel like a grandma. I mean, I love my grandma, but she was, ummmm, how do I put this delicately? She was not very stylish. I don’t think either of my grandmothers wore scarf tops and they certainly never wore skinny jeans. But here I am, redefining Grandma Style.
ABOUT ETHYL CLOTHING
Ethyl Clothing was formed in Seattle WA by Kathy and Alan Shultz and they still design the line. They create a beautiful missy fit line that is vanity sized. The clothing is sized one size larger than a standard fit.
THE ROSALIE – AUDI BLOUSE
I chose the Rosalie – Audi top to review because, well, it’s just so me. I love scarf tops because it can be either sexy or playful, depending upon how it’s styled. I chose to go with playful for this review. I also thought it was a little out of my comfort zone. I have a tattoo on my left breast, so I tend to shy away from white blouses because it I don’t like the tattoo bleed through. But this top is self lined, so the tattoo isn’t visible. I also thought the Swiss Dot provided a sweet little detail that I don’t have on any of my other tops.

MY OPINION
I found this blouse to be well made and easy to wear. I like that it has an attached tank, so I don’t have to worry about finding anything to match. The size chart advises that you go down a size from your usual size {vanity sizing}, which is what I did and the fit is perfect. I normally wear a Large in tops {I’m pretty busty}, but I followed the directions and ordered a Medium in The Rosalie – Audi. As of matter of fact, while I was out grocery shopping, a lady stopped me and told me how much she liked my top and that I “look(ed) beautiful in white.” smile That was really nice to hear, especially since I tend to stay away from white. The material is soft and cool. I live in Louisiana, y’all, and there was no stickiness. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice and can’t wait to show it on the blog again with a sexier look.
Side note: I want to thank Jodie from Jodie’s Touch of Style for introducing me to Ethyl Clothing.
