ABOUT THE FAB FORTIES
The Fab Forties is a group of five style bloggers from around the globe who come together once a month to share their common love of fashion. Each month we choose a different theme and invite a guest blogger, who is also in her forties, to join us. The group’s goal is to take on a style trend and show how we each interpret and incorporate it into our lives. Six different ladies, six different styles, you’re sure to find something that inspires you.
The Theme
This month’s theme, necklaces, was chosen by Suzy from A Pixie Chick in Portugal.
My Outfit
I can’t remember when or where I bought this necklace but, man, is it incredibly fun and funky. It came with a pair of earrings that I never wear with the necklace because I’m so not about that matchy-matchy life. Are you? Do you wear complete jewelry sets? Or do you break them apart?
AND A NEW HAIRCUT…
Ms. Jill: “Do you have a picture of what you have in mind?”
Me: “Yes, ma’am. I want it shaved with a partial undercut, like this…” side note: I’m totally digging her tattoo. I think I want to copy it.
Ms. Jill: “Does your husband know you’re doing this?”
Me: “No.” giggles
Ms. Jill: “Don’t tell him I did this.”
