Saying Goodbye to Pennsylvania
Saying “goodbye” to our home of eight years and looking forward to our new life in Missouri. Pennsylvania has been our home for the last 15 years. Sometimes I can’t believe it’s been that long. Sometimes it feels longer. When we first arrived, Miss 17 was 2 years old, Mr. and Miss 15 weren’t crawling and Miss 14 was still tucked safely inside my uterus. I know how much she likes it when I throw that word around. Now Miss 17 is preparing for her first year of college. Shopping in NEPA: KB’s Coffee House
I’ve lived in the Back Mountain for 13 years now and in that time I’ve started taking the beauty of this place for granted. This is a small community where everyone pretty much knows everyone and small town values are still upheld. I love that small town feel, especially when I’m looking for a place to just hang out and relax. I’m a coffee drinker. Big time. In fact, I used to drive a little over 10 miles just to get a cup of joe from one of those big name places but I wanted to find a place close to home, you know a place where everybody knows my name.…
