Sometimes You Have to Take Quality Over Quantity
Last night as the last 1/2 hour of my temporary 3 to 11 shift at the library rolled around, I tweeted that I didn’t think I’d be able to survive without some caffeine and one of my favorite tweeters, @f8likemustard, asked me the following question: “Do you ever resent having to work nights @ the library? What Do You Think of the New Facebook Fan Page Profile?
Remember a few weeks ago when Facebook rolled out the new profile pages for its users and everyone was upset about some of the features, namely the row of pictures plastered across the top of the page? Well, guess what? Now Facebook has rolled out pretty much the same new profile page for fan pages as well. Here are some of the changes I noticed to the new profile: 1. The most recent photos posted to the wall or that have been tagged by the page owner form a “banner” across the top of the page. Photos posted by fans don’t appear in the stream. “I Voted” Badge on Foursquare
Currently, I’m teaching American National Government at Misericordia University, and this has been just as much a learning experience for me as it has been for my students.
