House Tour: Kitchen
When we first bought our house, everything in it was white ~ from the walls to the appliances to the floor. Just. White. I’m so not a white room kinda girl, so I painted the cabinets a deep chocolate brown and the walls what I hoped was sage but dried more of an almost moldy lime. Today I’d like to show you the dining room… The wall sconces are from the home and garden section; the furniture is from Ashley Furniture ~ love that store; the little table is from Bed, Bath and Beyond ~ there are monkey candle holders on the table but I forgot to get a clear shot; the window treatment is a cornice board covered with a table cloth and hand dyed table napkins Because our schedules are so wildly different, once a week, the family gathers for “family dinner” so we can catch up with each other.
