Welcome to week three of my Project 52: 2019 Edition. If you’d like to see the prompts that I’m using, read this post.

Anyway, as promised, I’m showing the Straight Out of Camera {SOOC} image too, so you can see what I started with and how it ended.

My favorite food is seafood. Specifically, crawfish. When I was stationed at Ft. Polk, I used to buy a 5 lb bag of crawfish, potatoes, and corn from the back of a pick up truck and eat until I nearly passed out. I even had my toddler eating them. She loved them, by the way.

Anyway, when we separated from the military and moved to Pennsylvania, I just knew I’d never have fresh Louisiana crawfish again. Y’all, I nearly cried. Not an exaggeration. At all.

Moving back to Louisiana has brought this very special joy back to my life. Not an exaggeration. At all.

If you’re on Instagram, give me a yell and let me know you’re there.

What’s your favorite food?

Happy Snapping,

Daenel T {Living Outside the Stacks}
