Attending a Virtual Birthday Celebration with a Fellow Blogger

I’m screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to fellow blogger, Ada from Elegance and Mommyhood! Y’all, it has been so long since I’ve attended a party. Even before COVID… I’m really quite shy and will accept invitations and then bail at the last minute. So, thank goodness for virtual parties, am I right? *nervous giggle*

I’m so not a dress wearer, but when I saw this dress on HSN, I just knew I wanted it. The print is so bold and funky, don’t you think? I chose to wear clogs because those are my footwear of choice, but this dress could easily be paired with ankle boots, sandals, or wedges. And, while, I chose to wear a tee under it, I think a sweater over the top would look cute as well. Maybe with a knot on the side to give it a little side slit. What do you think? Oh, did I mention that it comes with a matching headwrap? I have a lot of hair, so I’m still trying to figure out the best way to wear it, but as soon as I do, you best believe I’ll be showing it off.
