He Is Risen {Living Outside the Stacks}

Matthew: 28:6

He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.

Jesus offered himself up as a sacrifice for my sins. But the redemption wasn’t in the crucifixion, it was in the resurrection. Jesus stated that he would die but that he would be raised up from the dead three days later. This is the foundation of our faith.

Even though there are days when I stumble, I walk in the knowledge that Jesus is the risen savior. And my confidence, my life, is in his hands.

Thank you, Lord, for loving me so much that you took the punishment for my sins. It is through your life, death, and resurrection that I am guaranteed eternal life. I love you and I thank you. Amen.

If you’d like to accept Jesus as your personal savior, all you have to do is confess with your mouth that Jesus loved you so much that he died for you and that God rose him from the dead {Romans 10:9~10}. That’s it.
