MapMyFITNESS Quaker Challenge Update
Do you remember my wake up call photo? If not, go here and take a peek. What a difference two weeks can make! Here’s this week’s photo: I’m down 2 lbs and 2 inches around the waist. I’ve also worked out twice a day for 8 out of the 14 days. The last few days I’ve had some sort of weird bug that will not go away. But I’m feeling better so I’m ready to get back into the swing of things. How are you doing with your health goals?

That woman is someone’s mother, daughter, sister, friend… And this is why I, along with thousands of other bloggers, have joined with The Red Pump Project to Rock the Red Pump. The goal of The Rock the Red Pump Campaign is raise awareness about women and girls who are living with HIV/AIDs. This week I’m facing probably one of the biggest challenges that I’ll face as a parent, letting my child grow up and make her own decisions. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted about Meatless Monday, I guess because we’ve mostly been eating soups on those days but last night was totally different. Shock {Nails to the Yeah}
OK, y’all, I may need you to save me from myself! Seriously, look at those traffic cone orange nails. I know I said that I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try new shades but, dang, this is like running past the caution tape and falling off the cliff.
